Jessica started her career in digital media and emerging tech with unique targeting capabilities brand-direct and through agencies. She spent the last five years at eMarketer, working in a consultative capacity, managing the growth of their SaaS based platform to national and multinational brands, agencies, and technology companies. She worked with the marketing team to segment and profile customer sets, implemented new B2B demand-gen strategies and operating efficiencies for the entire sales and account management team. Jessica also sat on a cross-departmental committee focused on improving both user and customer experiences for eMarketer’s public website and subscription platform. She liaised with Axel Springer’s M&A team, following the acquisition, to share knowledge about the variables within the media landscapes of Europe and the US.
Zac's expertise stems from 15+ years in ad tech, media (traditional and digital), marketing strategy and P&L management. In his previous role, at AOL, he excelled in the executive team by growing and managing large scale global commercial teams. Zac has successfully exited three companies and in his last role at AOL he managed over $100 million in annual revenue. Zac has spoken at global conferences such as the Festival of Media and Dublin Web Summit. He is also a member of the IAB Steering Committee. Most recently, Zac spent the last year pivoting the commercial structure of a traditional agency to a consulting business model. He’s well connected to key executives at major brands, agencies, and media tech suppliers across the UK and the US.
